Welcome to the first of my weekly video posts about, health & wellness, life, plant-based eating, non-plant based eating, and whatever else comes up along the way.

In this week’s video I officially conquer my fear of talking to the world about health and wellness. It took me 5 years to do this…but hey, at least it’s happening. I always told myself that I should wait to talk to people about health and wellness until I read enough books, became a certified health coach, and the list goes on. But really, my journey to health has been a long, amazing, miraculous, and full of ups and downs and honestly, I should have been sharing my journey since day 1. But because I was afraid to sound silly, I kept it in.

Well, I’m not going to anymore. And you’re not going to anymore either.

Push through your fears, my friends of starting a journey towards a happier, holistic and well balanced life. Start your road to health and wellness today. Make your first veggie-filled meal, go on your first long walk, take a 5 minute break to meditate, recenter yourself, and even join a meetup group of inspiring individuals.

So this week, my friends, be fearless! Break through whatever it is that is holding you back and take the first step. It doesn’t have to be ‘pretty and perfect’ – just like this video isn’t edited to perfection. It’s all about the journey and every step along the way is just as beautiful and important as the last.
